Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund by contacting info@babysatwa.com as soon as possible to halt processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We offer a 30-day return/replacement window for all items. However, to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for a consumable product, any damage, defect, or incorrect-item concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video.
For unopened items in original, sealed packaging, the full 30-day window applies for exchange requests.
After 24 hours of delivery, requests related to damaged, defective, or tampered items will not be entertained.
Replacement and return eligibility is subject to review, and the final decision rests with Baby Satwa.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order. Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability may be cancelled by our logistics partner.

Contact info@babysatwa.com with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video so we can verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Please do not send products back without prior approval — items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a full refund for the unavailable item(s) is issued automatically to your original payment method.
