Return & Refund Policy
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund by contacting info@babysatwa.com as soon as possible to halt processing.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, for post-dispatch orders, you may request a standard return after the package arrives, provided the items meet our eligibility criteria.
Replacements for Damages
- Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@babysatwa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video so we can verify the issue and arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
- Requests reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Standard Returns
- Due to our food safety protocols, return requests will not be accepted for products that have been delivered without any damage, defect, or shipping error.
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (where applicable) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a full refund for the unavailable item(s) will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact info@babysatwa.com for assistance.
