Order and Payment Terms

Payment and Order Confirmation:
By placing an order on our website, you agree to make full payment for the items purchased. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

Payment Methods Accepted:

• UPI / Net Banking / Credit or Debit Cards

• Wallets & Payment Gateways

• Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for select pin codes, with applicable charges)

Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for reasons including:

• Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details

• Failed payment transactions

• Customer unavailability at delivery

If an order is canceled after payment and shipment, we will issue a store credit/gift voucher equal to the amount paid. This credit will be valid for 3 months from the issue date. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered in such cases.

We may request additional details to verify and process your order or impose purchase limits if necessary.

Returns and Replacements

Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with.

Replacement Policy:
If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Send an email to info@babysatwa.com with your order ID, description, and photo/video evidence of the damage.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted. Replacements are approved at the discretion of Baby Satwa after internal review.

Failed Deliveries:
Orders undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability may be canceled. Re-attempted delivery may incur additional charges.
